THE REALITY

EVERY MORNING IN KENYA, IMPOSSIBLE CHOICES ARE MADE.

We care for our senior citizens, many abandoned in aged care homes, far from the communities they once knew. Often, the only connections they have are the friendships they form inside these walls. That’s where we come in. We bring joy by dancing to their favorite songs, cooking a meal they’ve been craving (when was the last time they had pancakes?), and really listening to their stories: the hopes and dreams they’ve chased, the love they’ve given and lost, and the visions they still carry for their families, their people, and their country.

BUT THERE’S HOPE.

IN LOVE

At Kuza Upendo, we believe every child deserves to dream beyond survival. Every elder deserves dignity. Health shouldn’t be a luxury. Our environment can be restored.
